[Resolved] Update: The accounts are working again.

I can't log into two of my deluxe accounts this morning. They are part of a year long family membership so should not expire until next summer.

I thought that Deluxe memberships did not expire during the year - has that changed?

I've gone to the site and checked out the Deluxe benefits - and you know I can't see "account does not expire" anywhere.... yet when I check WI messages from when the Deluxe thing started it's very clear that our accounts won't expire - that's why I bought the deluxe - for $45 I could keep 5 accounts from expiring.

If this policy has changed they better honor their original commitment!

I've looked on the website and I can't see anywhere that it says that Deluxe accounts do not expire - yet I'm sure that was a feature originally - because that's why I bought the memberships.

Ok - found the info we need - finally - and Ganz did say the accounts would not expire - but why is that info not included in the features list since it is the biggest value, maybe they don't want people to know so they will keep buying plushes... very odd and I'm NOT happy - the five day support thing is horrible.

Got the same message on two of my Deluxe accounts as well Jarrah. Missing the Deluxe Wheel, Leaves, Token Balloon Dartz over the weekend without being able to yell at someone over the phone has me a little rattled.

Default Deluxe Accounts~~Expired???

I just tried to log into 3 of my 4 deluxe accounts, and received the message that my account had expired. I thought that deluxe accounts didn't expire? Anyone else having this problem?

I can get into 3 of 5 - but the two that I can't get in are ones that have not had a new pet for ages (they are my trading accounts) so they likely are the only two past their "expiry" date.

Dixiecup - have you adopted pets into all 5 of those accounts in the past year? My suspicion is that this promise has not happened - or been temporarily disabled during maintenance last night:

I have the notice on two Deluxe accounts as well

I'm wondering if they're doing a weird an alpha or server notification first. My BFF hasn't adopted since Aug 2008 on two of her Deluxe accounts, but they are working fine today.

The two I can't get in have user names that begin with Bmo and Dmo.... my BFF accounts that are working begin Ext and Sha.

All 4 of my accounts start with krqc - but they may still be on different servers as they were opened at different times and often have different glitches....

Sound like it's more likely a server problem than a real expiry so that is a relief. Darn Ganz - they should not turn off support on weekends - that's when WI gets it's highest volume - or at least they shouldn't do any changes on Friday nights if they are not planning on fixing anything on Saturday!
