I had a blue cube for a while with my Peppermint Pup's PSI. Send Ganz an "I Have an Item Stuck" message from the Customer Service section. They can remove the 'blue 'box'. Or, you can call them. Just have the info handy. (a pet code, and the names of the rooms).
My topaz potty and sink were okay at first - then recently were a blue box - after reporting the problem, they are now a blank spot in my items 'tray' at the bottom of the screen.
Same problem - they were just fine when I first put them in the room. After seeing problems reported here, I check on that room - saw them as blue cubes, removed all items from the room - and reported the problem.
I am now flooding Ganz Customer Service with problems in my account - I have let things go and now I am reporting every locked in room item from now on... when it happens.
Stand up and demand quality!!
Kitty Cat - good point to clear your cache daily, clear history, delete all files and cookies, reboot computer (log out and restart) - I've not had much help with newer Adobe and using IE7 not 8.
IT IS TIME TO FILE COMPLAINTS ON ALL STUCK ITEMS - INSIST ON QUALITY AND RESOLUTION OF LONG TERM PROBLEMS.

Initially worked just fine. Like others, after a week or two, the potty and sink turned into blue cubes. After seeing that in discussion (wiki I think) on webkinz insider, I checked my room and sure enough - two blue cubes.
Reported to Customer Service - then had blanks in my items tray at bottom of the screen
Reported to Ganz Customer service the blank items - so next I had (2) and two blank spots.
Decided to try to fix it.....
Then I moved blanks into the 'fixed cafe room' to see if they would load - nope - when I moved blanks from the 'my items' tray - they became blue cubes in the room.
Now have two blank spots with one item each - notified Ganz Customer Service that two blue cubes are in room. Will let others know in this forum when this is resolved.
Customer service estimates 1 to 3 business days.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOADING TOPAZ TERRIER POTTY AND SINK.
