i have all of my silver and gold keys (and i only need one more emerald). i've had the glitch about 3 weeks, has anyone heard what the estimated time frame is for the repair? thanks!

When I called last time there was no estimate for the fix. I think it was just toward the end of last week that I called.
Yes I have the same issue. It is very frustrating to have a glitch go on for so long. Especially after being as silly as I was when I found the 15th silver key!!
I just had the same thing happen to me - I collected all my silver keys and opened the door but when I submit my choice of prize, I get the "we can't connect to Webkinz" error and I am automatically logged out. I'm afraid to do my Magical Mire and Woodland Wonder searches again until it is fixed because I don't know if it will reset my total of silver keys back to the beginning if I happen to find one before the glitch is fixed. Does anyone know what happens if you find another key and your key collection is already full?

If you find another key and your collection is already full, then that key gets lost in cyberspace. If you go to the page where you chose your prize and then click the little "x" to exit out of the screen, then it will tell you that you can't collect any more keys (of that color) until you choose a prize.
I would encourage everyone with this problem to call 1-866-webkinz and let them know. The more people that call, the faster they will get it fixed.
I have two accounts that have all of their silver keys, I had hope they would correct the problem today... but that did not happen so I will be calling in the morning to report not only this problem, but the fact that I keep getting logged out without any warning on a couple of the accounts when I try to go to my room from the Curio Shop.
I had the same thing happen to me last week with the emerald keys....click on the link in my siggie to see how my Cheeky Cat feels about the whole deal!

I think you just won't be credited with that key. You should not lose the ones you already have. And I have not found any since I got caught with the glitch, though I have gotten another gold key in the meantime. Maybe I would have gotten just a silver one otherwise.
I've had this problem for over a week now. Hopefully, today's maintenance might fix it (fingers are crossed!). I hope so! I've been waiting patiently for those Pixie Pod balloons .
