Major *Four Seasons Tree Won't Move

Same here. I can't walk up to it by clicking on it either. If I'm in walk mode, I click on it and it changes, but my pet doesn't move.

the same thing happened to me the other day - it would not move in either walk or edit mode.

4 seasons tree - stuck in same spot

I have filled out the Stuck item report 4 times. Each time they will remove my tree from the room and in to the dock. Each time I place it back in a room it gets stuck again.

Ditto! Had Customer service remove it while I was on the phone for another issue, put it in a room and BAM locked tight!

Not that it makes much difference, since I don't put much merit in what they have to say - I just talked to a CS rep about another issue and asked about the 4 Season's Tree. They said they are aware of the problem and are working on it.

I have two of these trees on different accounts, and I have them both in outdoor storage rooms. I cannot move them to any new outdoor room that I would like to use them in. It has been like this since this past summer - very frustrating!

those are estore I think good thing I don't buy estore it is to be safe

There are plenty of items in WW that cause glitches - it's not just related to eStore items. Most of my problems are with W Shop!!!
