i dont think ganz reads these glitch reports........................ the cd pretty much says they stick to the front page and in my experience its true.......... all my glitch reports yielded no fixes so far. so if you really want something done dont rely on this section on wi to do anyhelp, you better call or email.
I would think that since they just figured out how to fix the silver key logout, and this showed up the same day as that was fixed, that this would be a similar fix. But I am not a techie. I think they really just don't care very much about anything that awards a prize. Sad.
I just got off the phone with Ganz Costumer Support (10:35ET). I have always been pleasantly surprised at their helpfulness, but not this time... that's a story for another day. Anyway, he said they are aware of multiple problems with ZumWhere, including this one. He was not willing to help unlock my son's Gift Box and said we need to wait for the fix. I asked if he had any timeline for this and he said "Who knows, they're working on it." Soooo....
Patience would seem to be the word for the day (or for the upcoming weeks LOL). While this doesn't really "help" us, I thought you'd like to know what I got for a response.
This is post the Maintenance that introduced the Park. I was finally able to get back in and do my dailies and found my last Giggly Zum. When I went to click on the Gift Box in the center of the page, I was logged out - similar to what was happening with the Keys.
I tried it twice and was logged out both times.
My Zums are still there.
I am bummed that one log out glitch has been replaced with another one.
this also happened to me today and it is so frustrating................... ganz you need to fix. Also zumbuddys dont give any zums and it has cost a fortune of kinzcash to play.. Whats that al about.

I called yesterday for several reasons, but I got almost the same answer when I brought this up... I don't think that it matters which box you are trying to open... as far as I can tell it logs all of us out immediately. However, apparently the customer representatives have not been given a time frame as to when we can expect this glitch to go away. I really don't understand why programming that is already in place isn't protected somehow, but then I know nothing about programming so I really don't have a clue.
i've had the same problem for 2days with my lazy zum it keeps logging me out. i've waited all this time like most people and now you can't get your prize i hope they fix these glitches soon

Ok I'm an adult and i had the same problem with my lazy zum collection I cant get the gift without being Logged out. So today I called Ganz and was told they are aware of the problem and currently are trying to correct this problem...I was told to just wait until they tell us on the news that its fixed. Yea like it will be placed on their newspaper. So i will give it a week and then...im calling again next week.
