The same thing just happened to me with the Giggly Zum box. I started a glitch report about it before I saw your thread. Sorry.
My prize did NOT show up in my dock.
I am sorry, the ZUM costume IS showing up in my dock, but it is in the COUPON section and my pet can't wear it! LOL! I get the message "Oops.... Your pet cannot wear this item".
I just got my last peeking zum, and got kicked out when I went to open the box. I logged out and back in again, but it did the same thing again....just like the woodland wonders doors last week!
I have the same problem. I've tried to open my giggly zum box several times but got booted off each time. Then I found four zum outfits in my dock. I was sooooooo excited until I tried to put one on my pet. It wouldn't let me. I also tried to store them and post them but I couldn't do that either. Here is a picture of where they are in my dock. I sure wish I really had all four of them

When I won my Zum outfit I got that same picture, plus three other separate windows showing the hat piece, body and feet. When I signed back in again, the one with the three pieces together, disappeared. The other three where still there and they were the ones I used to put the costume on.

I am having the same exact problem. I came on here to see if anyone else is having the problem. Thanks for starting the thread. I was shocked to see it right there!! I thought it would take a while to find someone with the same problem. I'm also having problems getting into My Page. Me and my mother actually. The page won't fully load.
Has there been anything like this on the front page to bring it to the attention of the People who Fix Glitches? I haven't really gotten a sense of urgency like there was with the Key Collection issue.
