How did you get them removed because I am currently having that same problem. Did you end up calling Ganz? I messaged with under that heading "I have an item that's stuck" but I doubt they'll read it. Brand new pet... I was so excited
I called Ganz and they removed it right while I was on the phone. But I'm almost embarrassed to ask them again but I will if I have to. I don't have a pet stuck there and there's nothing in there I need so I will just keep checking it by trying to walk my pet in there.
I think i am just one of the lucky ones who got them to work, mine where stuck too, but i didn't have them removed i just let them sit....After the last big update, i was no longer locked out of my room and they were growing, Other people who ave called have been told to wait for 2 weeks, so i am going to wait 2 weeks before i plant my other 2, just to be on the safe side...lol I just love the fact that it gives you more then 1 unlike the collie bone

I just called Ganz and asked them to remove mine again and she said the lucky ones are the ones who just left them in the first place. I could not do that because I put them in my regular garden and was locked out of it. She told me that when it is fixed it will be on webkinz news and also the fix to the keys will be announced there.
I think we often call to complain so this time I also told her how much fun so many of us had playing the Snow White mining game and told her to pass my thanks for the game along.
Hi Desty, I had posted this on another thread so thought I'd post here so you can read what I did and they are working fine. For now though, the Kinzpost part won't work so I'd wait until it's up and working again before trying. Good luck! CJ
What I did with mine is I treated them with the same process as the Donut Seeds when they were so glitchy.
If you have a blue box, phone Ganz and get them to remove the seeds from your room and back to your dock.
Then, if you have another account, kinzpost the seeds to that account and then back to the one you want to plant them in. (Don't ask why, but this helped remove the curse on the donut seeds. It was even suggested to me by Ganz. )
Then, use a pet that is tough enough that if he gets left in the garden for a few days, he's fine with that Make sure to go in and get into the gardening mode before attempting to plant.
Make sure that you slowly bring the seeds into plant. If you see one hint of the blue box, edit and remove immediately!
If you successfully get them planted, immediately dig them up (it will advise you not to but do it anyway). This will start the growth cycle. Water as normal and just pray that tomorrow when you go to your garden, all is fine
Good luck everyone with your plants! CJ

Thanks ConchyJane! I will try that if I can get my seeds back in my dock, and they fix kinzpost, like you said. I sent them a note (for the 2nd time) to remove the plant, and they e-mailed me back saying, "We have received your message about a used code" and gave me intstructions how to change my password....???? I did not send them a "used code" complaint. They are crazy over there, I think.
