That might work if I had a treadmill and hadn't just had my cast removed with a couple of more months of recovery while my foot is still wrapped. And there is that laptop thing. I am not fond of laptops. It sounds like a workable idea though. Someone let us know if they try it. At my age, something a little gentler seems the best.

You need a largeone unless, of course, you are using a laptop. I prefer my desk top computer so I needed the heighth otherwise, I would look like a 5 year old peeking over the top of my desk.

LOL.what they don't tell you is that you will probably do some of that anyway by the time you get to my age. I do weights and I do squats to keep my legs strong (well, I did before the cast. I will have to get back to that now. Believe me when you have a cast to your knee, attempting squats is a really good trick). I was just looking for a better seat and found a way to get core work at the same time. yay.
