I need advice. How do i buy the Webkinz I want?

hello! i just need advice. i know it sounds kind of sad, but my parents dont know that i play Webkinz. they know that i used to. im kind of embarassed to tell them because i am older now, and i dont want them to think im immature or whatever. i want to buy a new webkinz as well, to renew my membership. i could have my brother buy it for me... but i was just wondering how you guys purchase yours and whether your open about being a member on Webkinz or not.

sweetie--I'm over 50 years old and I play Webkinz every day! Don't be embarrassed! I have two grown daughters who play, my granddaughters and grandson and--yes--MY Mom and Dad play Webkinz!

It can be a game for grownups too, so don't feel like you have to hide it.

so--I got several pets recently at a store called Ollie's, which is a discount store. they were 3.99 each! I also buy at a store called Five and Below, and the Webkinz there are under 5.00--sometimes on sale.

If you don't have these stores nearby, check Walgreens.

I just wanna say- There's no shame in Webkinz!
But, you can always use Amazon or eBay to get webbies if you don't want anyone to see. The Hobby Lobby in my area also sells them, if you have one nearby. But Webkinz is for all ages.

I'm removed and I play webkinz and live at home. My parent's don't really like that I do webkinz. They think I'm too old for it and they've actually forbidden me to buy anymore but I still do sometimes. I just go to a store that sells them when they're working. If you can you should buy estore game cards, because then you can buy some webkinz there too and you wouldn't have to bring a plush home.

I would just go up and tell them. I don't think they'll be that upset. There's plenty of worse things you could be doing.

My parents know that I like Webkinz, Littlest Petshop, and a lot of other, shall we say, hobbies. Like jarrett211 said ^^, just go up and tell them. There are lots of people your age and older that like Webkinz.
How I purchase mine? When I have enough money I keep begging my mom to go to the store until she says yes. Or just buy them online. It doesn't really matter. Buy from wherever you like.

You might also want to tell your parents that a lot of adults play Webkinz, too. I am a second grade teacher, and one of my students bought me a webbie for Christmas about 3 years ago. I have been playing ever since, and am on it for a while almost every day. Then my boyfriend's mother saw me playing one of the games, and she liked it so I bought her a Webkinz, and now she plays too. Then we got one for his sister, and she plays occasionally, too!

You might also remind them that it is a safe, non-violent video game, and they might like that better than most of the games out there.

You could tell your parents that Ganz even has a Parents Club on Webkinz Newz because so many adults play. Webkinz is fun for all ages! Maybe you could get your parents hooked
