Default Do you use medium rooms or large rooms?

My house has 4 rooms. Linnea's bedroom which is medium, and the kitchen/dining room which is also medium. I have 2 small rooms: one is the bathroom and the other is the lanai (sunroom/patio).

The only thing I don't really have is a family room- and I think I need a large room to break up the room sizes a bit. But since I already have the kitchen and a TV/couch in the bedroom and 2 couches on the lanai- what could I possibly put in the large room?

What size rooms do you use?

Well, I mostly use large rooms because some of the wallpapers seem to work better on large rooms. Also, I have an easier time decorating in a large space. Also, even if you don't have a lot of stuff now, you may find that you acquire it....

You might want to check the housez and decorating tips sections for ideas. Good luck!

Large rooms. After a while I realize that medium and small rooms are not so easy to decorate ( special for the wall paper). Small rooms for bathrooms are ok though...

I absolutely use all large rooms now. I started with all medium thinking it saved money and those rooms are just a funny layout now.

I think I am going to go with larger rooms from now on except bedrooms. Some bedrooms I know I need bigger for a theme I want to use etc.
