Default How to shut off Deluxe
Please help me. My sister has Deluxe membership and my dad can't figure out how to shut it off. Please post and tell me how to shut off Deluxe Membership on webkinz. Thank You!

I don't think there is a way to shut it off from the website. Do you mean shut off auto-renewal? If so that can be done through your estore account. I would have him call Ganz if you mean he is trying to take the deluxe features from her webkinz account. They are closed during the weekend but he can call 1-888-818-8770 (estore) or 1-866-832-5469 (ganz) on Monday and see if they can help.

Well, I used a prepaid card to purchase Mine. But follow the instructions Posted Above, You were given the option to turn OFF Auto-renewal at the time your purchased the deluxe membership.
