There have been reports of strange Bingoz activity.

Can you post a picture of what's going on with your account?

Please see the attached. This happens about once a week where I can hit BINGOZ an unlimited number of times and will still award the KC to me.

Thanks for posting this thread Mamapatrick. I was convinced that the "winners" were just a made up number. Now I know someone actually is winning. Unfortunately it isn't me! Like others here, I have tried over and over again, transferring coupons from one account to another to increase my odds, but I never even come close.

I love the idea of saving my coupons until this glitch is worked out, and now I know that to even attempt it with the way it is, is a waste of time. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

my bingoz has never worked, and its been almost three years for me. so for me, its not a minor glitch. id love to win at a game................ its so bad i dint even consider evern reporting it.. now that is bad......................................... but im glad you did so i can report this:

I have given up on bingo, too. It is impossible to win because every time I go to play any balls that I had before are cleared off. It's not fair that this happens to all but a very lucky few.

I have also had this happen only on one of my accounts. The rest of the other four accounts constantly reset making it impossible to win. However I could continue to click the already lit-up yellow "BINGOZ" button over and over again. It also awards the amount over and over. I find it has been "lit-up" less often now. Probably have to agree with the once a week theory. Before it was continuously happening through out the day every day.

I won once and now my card won't reset! I always have a bingoz so there's not even a point in me trying to play! I hope they fix it soon.

Are all of you telling me that GANZ has not fixed that game yet????
I reported that game to GANZ back in 2007, once a week for about 3 months. They kept saying they knew there was a problem and they were working on it. Holy Cow! 2 years and it still isn't fixed.

NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!

Same here. I gave up playing the game a long time ago, and also trade my coupons. To me, they are worthless.

A long time ago when I did win at bingo they were locking out the winners from playing again. It was supposed to be for just a day, but I was locked out for a couple of weeks when I won. But I think that's better than for the same people to win over and over again. I don't bother to play any more.
