Major doug stealing gems?

doug has been acting up - and fom the thread i understood i am not alone...
he has twice told me i DO have the gems he wanted - and then gave me NOTHING
the first time i thought the mistake was MINE - that i read DO instead of DON"T, but then it
happened again..he spcifically said DO - then said something like"sorry i can't help you today" ???!
i am not sure - i think he may have taken the gems anyway...

He did this to me yesterday. He took 2 diamonds and a Corona Topaz. 3 rare jewels and I got nothing. I did send something to Ganz but haven't heard anything back.

I read back and see that others have had this glitch. It is a tough one for me since it takes a long time to collect the gems, have them and he still gives nothing.

I only have 2 prizes left to collect but until I hear back I am not trading with him. It takes too long to get the gems for him to take them and give nothing.

Wow, that's just wrong. Thank you so much for telling me because I was about to go doug hunting again. It took me so long to get this many rare gems and I only have 3 more prizes and I had enough, that would have not been fun I hope you get them back!

I have noticed a number of complaints on the Doug tracking thread as well. I was gone all day yesterday and didn't try for Doug, but the trades I did with Doug on Friday all went through as they should have, and the items including two gem fountains did show up in my dock. I think I may hold off a few days to see if the glitch doesn't get fixed before trying to trade for any more big ticket items. Thanks for posting. Blessings

Sorry everyone has had problems. Sometimes he asks for two of a gem and says you have what he wants but you have only one of the gem.

But it does not do any good to send a message to Ganz in a case like this. All you will get is a standard response that might make you think they did not even read the message. The best thing to do is to call them and report the problem.

I have a spreadsheet of the gems I have. He asked for 2 Webkinz diamonds and 1 Corona Topaz. I had 5 diamonds and 2 Topaz before I traded. He said I had the gems. Then when I clicked to get the prize he said the sorry thingy.

He did take the gems since after I checked my gem box and only have 3 diamonds and 1 topaz.

I am down to the last 2 prizes and really want them.
