Major doug stealing gems?

1-866-WEBKINZ (932-5469) -- so if using the letters make sure you use the Z and not the S; if you get through to an operator {wait if you have to after whatever recording and all} then ask to be switched to a customer service representative. They won't switch you over to a tech, but {sometimes} they forward the problem and so on. Not sure, if anything, they've ever done about this problem; it's been going on since day one, and I and others lost quite a few gems from dealing with that thief.

At that number there is no operator to go through with any more. Just wait for the message that says press one for English and when you do it will ring and you will be connected to customer service. If the rep does not seem helpful, ask to speak to a supervisor. Usually I find them helpful, but of course they cannot fix problems but they can forward them to the tech department.

they are EST -- so currently 11:15AM for them. Same as KT.

My dauher who is 4 yrs old just did the gem hunt today. She found a red ruby heart and clicked to keep the gem since she needs it for the crown of wonder. But it did not show up in her gem box. I called the webkinz number for help. She went into my daughter's account but could not do anything since its a game of the day and she said its a glitch and we can gem hunt tomorrow and try to get a gem and hopefully it will show up in her gem box. I dont know if this has occurred before. She was happy to get the gem and had no idea it didnt actually give it to her. i think customer service bites. They were doing a survey on loading on webkinz from 1 to 10 and I told her id rate them as a 5. I was being generous.

- that has never happened to us fortunatly...
i once wrote them abour soething else - but never got my answer...
they did get my things "unstuck" though every time i wrtoe to them about it

Doug seems to be working fine today... I just did a succesful trade! (Lt. green in 2pm hour)

That is terrible i have had problems with doug also only need the very last one and when i had the gems all i got was money and this was several times and still nothing but money not the prize. This is not fair to anyone ganz should correct this problem with doug. I will call them or write to them also. Good luck everyone.

You can call Ganz at 1-800-GANZ I believe. If that doesn't work, then it's 1-800-WEBKINZ for sure. I'm sorry this happened!
