I tried the Argyle sweater, sparkly pink bow, and smart sweater vest. I still think that vest is somewhere in there because of the shirt...but I'm probably wrong.

Sparkly Bow + Dapper Suit And Vest + Tuxedo Hat
Wing Tip Shoes + Dapper Suit And Vest + Black Belt
Wing Tip Shoes + Dapper Suit And Vest + EyeGlasses
I have a feeling the Dapper Suit and Vest has something to do with this, but along with the Wing Tip Shoes. They either have to go with this Jacket or the matching Pants because of the little sequins dotted on the Wing Tip Shoes. | | | |

THE pants were solved so I tried a similar design for the jacket
BTW the tux shoes + sparkly pink bow + tan jacket DOES NOT make the matching sparkling silver Jacket!

After the pants were solved, I tried these three but made patchwork clothes. I think the first two ingredients are probably correct. This is an expensive one to work on!!!
Tan Suit Jacket, sparkly pink bow, and top hat = pw
