Ripped off....AGAIN!

I just finished another game of EAGER BEAVER and once again did not get the kinzcash. It takes almost an hour to go all the way to the end of this game, and to not get the kinzcash is so frustrating! This time it is with bonus points.
The first time they did this to me there was a pop-up saying that I exceded the high score allowed, and I would not get recognition or the kinzcash. The score was 57,000+ I can't remember the exact amount. Today's score was 55,000+. 377 kinzcash+ bonus.....GONE!
I have since exceeded these scores and got the cash.
Does this happen to anyone else?
I have gone to the end every time I play.
There is only one trophy though.

Oh, wow! That really stinks!!! No, that has never happened to me before. Is there any way you can try to lower your scores? Maybe by making shorter words???? I don't remember what my score was, but I only finished the game with about 350 KC.

I'm so sorry to hear that!
I haven't had the attention span to play eager beaver until the end so I have not noticed this problem. If that's the case then I suggest purposely losing right before you get to the end.
I can play picnic until the bitter end, and the game doesn't know what to do when every square on the picnic blanket is full so it spazzes and I don't get any of the kinzcash that I spent the last couple hours building up. It's quite frustrating. I assume ganz doesn't think anyone will actually get to the very end of these games so the programming might not be there.
So sorry to hear this keeps happening to you! I'd suggest not playing it or only playing it part-way. Maybe a comment to ganz in the suggestion box concerning the game will alert them to the problem?

I am sorry! Wow, that must be frustrating! I do not have the attention span do play that game! It is probably a glitch! I would contact Ganz, and see what they say. They are down for Upgrade today, so maybe they are fixing the millions of glitches! Good Luck and I hope you earn the Kinzcash you should!

That really stinks! I know what you mean about FINALLY getting to the end of this game. It takes SO long! I sympathize with your frustration. But hey- GREAT SCORE!!!!!!

were you playing in the tournament area because they always say your score is too high. other wise, i'm sorry to hear that, it used to happen to me all the time with goobers lab so i stopped playing for a few months and now it's fix.

I'm sorry! I can't remember what my scores were, but I've gotten the KC at the end. I'm sure my total score wasn't as high as yours, though. I'll have to pay attention to that and see from now on.

Thats not good. I hope you find a way to get kinz cash. Try playing at quizzys to help. Also tell GANZ. At webkinz world go to costumer service and go to other. Email them and tell them and they'll figure it out. Hope this helps!
