It makes me mad when everybody gets mad at Ganz, because their tech support and Customer service is so helpful and kind! I have had to contact them a few times, and they resolved my problems and gave me lots of help. Here's to the Ganz employees who work so hard!

Wow, when it rains it pours! At least you won the trophy! I won it last night, finally! I kept getting kicked out of WW when I reached Level 12 all weekend and I wasn't even in the tournament arena! So frustrating! Items seem to be getting stuck in WW lately, I just log out and then in again to move them, although my caring valley tree is stuck right now, LOL!

My 2 Trees are stuck on 2 different accounts. That happened right away.
I cannot seem to get passed the 9th level those red boxes sre killing me.lol

I have gotten over 300KC from it a couple of times (was trying for trophy for myself,the kids and a friend) and never got the message, but I know that sometimes playing the games int he tournament area will have a different effect on things- like easier to win the trophies in some games.

Oh and so you know I got your joke!

After hearing about that message, I intentionally tried to use 3 letter words as much as possible and avoid using the bonus colored letters to keep my score down... Got my trophy last night on my first completion of the game. (Only played it a handful of times before, fwiw)

Maybe try it again only try to keep the scoring down this time?

OMG!!!! My dad always told me (when I pouted) "Aw, You gonna go down to the garden and eat worms" (He died when I was a teenager) So I NEVER knew the whole quote.

I'm glad to hear that you called customer service. When I kept getting the message that I had exceeded the amount of points that were allowable, I started to write down my scores, the date and time of my wins and the kinzcash that I lost out on. I wrote and complained directly to Ganz, everytime it happened. First time I had a score of 50470 and then a score of 48200 with over $300 in winnings lost each time. I finally told them that I was extremely good in scrabble and that what they were doing was unfair! The very next day, they had fixed the game to where when I finished level 15 they declare you a winner and if you haven't won the trophy yet, they give it to you, along with any kinzcash you've won. That is the way it has been ever since. Yes, I won the trophy on only the second day after all of my complaints to them. I guess the squeeky wheel gets the grease.

As for the worms, here is what I remember how the song goes:

Nobody likes me,

The little squirmy ones slide down your throat,

Dont you have to get past level 14 to get the trophy? i got a trophy one of the first days it came out but i have no idea what my score was. i hope that next time it doesnt give you that silly message.
