Problem with Deluxe Machine on Asian accounts

Both times the machine has been offered it has not worked on any of my Asian accounts. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

We have 2 Asian accounts and had no trouble either time with the prize machine. Do you clear you cache regularly??..I haven't seen anyone else reporting this on WI...Timewise..if your arrow is showing up on the activites..you should be able to do that activity.....Can you do other Deluxe activites??...Sorry, I just don't know what else to tell you....If this is the only activity that won't work for you..you may need to contact Ganz.

The machine didn't work the first time it was introduced in my Asian, but it did work later on that day. It worked without a hitch the last time. I guess all the standard computer stuff is worth trying and then there is always calling Ganz as a last resort. Hope you get it working for next time!
