Listed in the Estore under speciality outdoor item is the Haunting Breeze Scarecrow

for 8,000 pts and it says this for the description:

AVAILABLE OCTOBER 18th: Don't be spooked by this animated scarecrow! Available on select days only until Halloween!

Sorry i don't know how to post a picture on here, but its animated and looks really neat!
