Angry Help! I have a Estore question!
I'm a deluxe member so I get monthly estore points but I didn't get mine today! Why? Does anyone know?

Yes we get Estore points every month! It depends on which pack you buy and you get certain amounts of estore points each much! And it might just be a late package!

Too..sometimes after the first of the month..you need to make sure you have cleared you cache to see anything new...Ganz just has not been consistent with the gift boxes and points for the Deluxe members yet...but, they do seem to be working out most of the bugs with this feature...you do receive your items and points..just not exactly when they posted you would.

The deluxe gift boxes you receive in Webkinz World always arrive on the first of the month, but the points you earn won't show up until the day of the month you originally purchased it.
