I don't think it's a bad thing (especially just a sideways cap) and the chain could be from a pocket watch! Okay so mabye not, but I don't think GANZ is doing any harm just by creating these clothes, no harm at all!

I did not they added such stuff to the eStore. I have to agree with what you have said here! What sort of example are they trying to set? I personally try to avoid such clothes. I think the sideways hat isn't a big deal but the pants with the chain symbols Punk and or goth style clothing!!

And i CAN'T believe that they added underwear showing!! That is purely sick no child should be shown such things. If my sister were ever to see that i would sad since she is under the age of 9 :/ what is GANZ think lately....

I think the perception of this outfit depends on your location...Some places may associate it with Bad things like gangs and drugs..others may simply see it as clothing options..I think Ganz has chosen the second...and offered alternative dress for members....as I am in my forties...I tend to group it with the first..but am trying to not be so judgemental... My children will be teens soon..and I don't want to lose them because of "old" thinking!!

I'm sorry but I don't really see the issue with this? Why is this any different then the bathing suits you see on webkinz everyday? In my opinion you are looking at the underpants there. So honestly I see no problem in having these different outfits.

Could someone please post a picture or a link to show a pet wearing these clothes? I don't know what outfit this thread is referring to, and i just looked in the eStore under clothing and all i found was the knight's suit of armor.

I suppose for once we should be glad that ganz is greedy so made it estore only; at least it will be showing up less often in the ww public areas. Next they'll work on some kind of 'teen' outfit like the trampy stuff that britney or 'hannah montanah' and that ilk wear because they've already shown they don't have any taste or regard to what influences kids.

As for coming off as 'old', etiquette and good taste never go out of 'style'.

What a nice thing to say, KeyLargo. Thanks so much. Just yesterday my daughter & I decided to have buffet for dinner. In walks this young man with several inches of underwear showing. Pants were so low he had to bend over to get change out of his pocket. My child was totally disgusted & so was I. We see this too often in the real world & will not be adding it to our webkinz acounts.

KeyLargo, I really don't think "Hannah Montana" or Miley Cyrus have ever worn anything inappropriate, especially Hannah Montana (like on the show)... Miley has clearly made some bad decisions, but she hasn't worn anything trampy.

And isn't it a little stereotypical to think that just because Black Labs are wearing this clothing in the Clubhouse that they're going to be bad...?

IDK, I just believe that this whole thing is being blown out of proportion and they're just clothes. It's a style nowadays to dress like that, and our Webbies have to keep up with the styles, right?
