I finally decided to get a yearly deluxe membership. I rec'd everything BUT the Super Deluxe Item, instead I rec'd the alchemy tv from the W-Shop. I guess I will have to call them tomorrow. UGH!

i don't know if this applies to you, but the roller coasters don't come in a box. they just appear in your dock. you might open your dock and check before calling

I have read back but maybe not far enough, sorry if this has already been answered!

Has the deluxe-clothes-on-pet storage problem been solved? Do we have to removed all the clothing in those options on all the pets before renewing? Thanks for letting me know if anyone has renewed without removing the clothes

Got an e-mail today with all the info I need to renew including the exact time I signed up. I think I will renew an hour or so before my account expires and then I won't have to worry

I hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to purchase a Deluxe Family Membership for our 3 WW accounts, but I keep getting the message that the password for my daughter's account is invalid. I've tried many times and I log into her account daily, so I know I'm typing the correct password. Her account doesn't expire until August so it's not that either. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate them. Thanks so much for your help.

Well I got my deluxe box today and I thought I wasn't going to get one until I renewed...weird....I guess I'll renew May 1st.

COONYCOON, can i leave my pajamas on when i renew my delux? my pet bird might be traumatized.................

(i know what you meant........... btw, id answer your question if i had the answer, im still afraid to use the delux clothing options........... )

i jsut stopped in to kinda gripe that we cant just have a button to renew our accounts. all this entering of our data seems unnecessary and tedious and glitchy for many..................
