Hi !
I'm from Romania . I have a webkinz account and I would like to upgrade to Deluxe, but I don't know how to proceed .
After I select " webkinz Deluxe Memberships » Choose webkinz Account To Upgrade »Shipping / Billing" , I can't continue because the city and my country (Bucharest/Romania) does not appear as options.
If I select only the city ( Bucharest) the following message appears : " The Country and State/Province fields are required! " , but Romania is not accessible .

Please help me !

hello!!
i was just wondering.
lets say i got deluxe family account.
so to start off i would have 3000 estore points PLUS 5000 estore points. and by the end of the year account that would be 41000 estore points. so is there a limitation on what you can buy from estore with these points? can i get a pet??
also would the other 4 accounts get 3000 points each month or just the main account?

you can save them and buy anything you like. only the main account gets the points. only 3000 per month not 15,000

Wow Porchete, I'm not to sure about that one. Sounds like you should call Ganz and talk to a customer service rep. Or have you tried a country close to Romania to access the program?

I read the whole Q&A with you and the Estore manager... almost fell out of my chair! "I plead the 5th." "But you aren't American." "No comment." I might just spend thousands and thousands of dollars on tons of Deluxe memberships for my one little account... NOT. Ahh, Ganz is funny.
Thanks so much for clearing a lot of that stuff up! (Though I'm slightly disappointed that, when I renew my Deluxe membership, I won't get another shiny hat. )
