I am so sorry that you were confused. Here is says quite clearly how it works. I've bolded the part that pertains to your predicament. But you are right, it is confusing!

Another ? RedBear - (boy this rep is gonna love you...) Say you get the Family membership and register less than 5 accounts, can additional ones be added during the year (up to 5) ?

Just an off the wall question, doesn't even really pertain to me because we have 6 accounts in the house - but for the people that may not have started extra's yet, I'd like to make sure they could benefit from the 'up to 5' limit.

you just misunderstood. you get 3,000 estore points for your ESTORE acct, not your webkinz world account(s).

congrats on your membership. it'll pay off when you get the bunny.

I have a question for you add to the list... Does the family membership work for BOTH types of accounts? Eg. We have 3 Webkinz accounts, and (as soon as my Pre-ordered WJr. pet comes) will be opening a WebkinzJr. account for my son. Can the Deluxe extend to each of those accounts? And also, to have the WJr account on the Deluxe Family Membership, would I need to wait until the account is activated? Or can accounts be added to the plan after purchase, until you've reached the limit of 5 accounts? Never mind... you answered the last part while I was writing this post

We were kinda iffy about signing up our asian account and my sisters account that she never gets on, now I will have to ask my mom to sign us up twice when we purchase it.

Wow, awesome info. Just recovering from a migraine and that was some fierce info! Yes, please keep us posted for when you hear back from Ganz. I agree with "yournotme" by not liking the schedules they have in place for the extra activities. When you have a family and the kids want to partake, well, the schedule is somewhat unique. I can also understand the limitations/boundaries with a schedule for such a large investment for Ganz to keep track of. By the way....anyone know about actually investing in Stock options with Ganz? I've been pondering on that topic for some time now.
