I'm still working on updating this thread. I've made some additional changes. You can find the more significant ones at the end of the thread as I've also pasted them there. I've also made a few minor improvements. I'll be reorganzing the questions & areas so this post doesnt jump back and forth between the epoints and membership.
It needs to be noted that since Deluxe Members get a discount on certain estore items, Deluxe Members will be saving money if the account is a regular customer. For instance, the annual membership costs someone $4 because you get the rest back in estore points. Should you buy one or two items from the estore at the special "DELUXE" price, and save $8, they are paying YOU to be a member. Cool, huh?? (I'll explain in better detail later but just wanted to stick a quick note up.) So far, it looks like they will only be discounting their items exclusive to the estore. (I could be wrong, of course.) If they started discounting the estore pets, charms or figurines well that would be AWESOME but i dont think that they will.

The "mystery item" could be Kinzclothes, Curio Shop Item, WShop Item or Recipe Food

===========================================================================FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
===========================================================================
**PLEASE NOTE -- I SPOKE WITH AN ESTORE MANAGER TO OBTAIN THE FOLLOWING ANSWERS. THE TEXT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT VERBATIM. IN FACT, I DID A LOT OF EDITING SO IT WOULD READ BETTER. THE INFORMATION, HOWEVER, IS COMPLETELY ACCURATE.**
I did ask the manager's permission to share before doing so. Of course, I waited until after she played 20/20 with me. She immediately asked me, "DO YOU WORK FOR INSIDER?" I said "NO, I AM NOT STAFF BUT I AM A MEMBER." I FELT SO BUSTED!! She then said that most of the information is already on the website but it's not very clear. Secretly, I wondered "where exactly is it?" because I didn't see it!
#1: Is the third item truly supposed to be Recipe Foods, W-Shop Items, Curio Shop Items or Kinzstyle? (Kinzstyle was cool but nobody wants things they can buy with KC, especially the foods!!)
Yep, Sure is!
Are you kidding? That's a bad idea. What kid wants FOOD or things they can buy with Kinzcash? Think of all those poor kids who will be surprised to get a recipe food!
No, I'm not, but I'll forward your complaint along and and suggest that they make the box contents known.
Great, maybe that would prevent some little kid crying when they open their box.
#2: Will they be giving any kind of trial membership (whether it be a one month, two month or three month) membership for those who have spent more than the $5/month minimum at the estore? No plans to do that. But, that's a great idea! I'll share your suggestion.
#3: The racing helmet is kinzpostable. Is this a mistake? If not, will the items be kinzpostable every month?
That was intentional and expected to remain the same each month.
WOW! Really?! But, wait! Does that mean it's going to become a kinzstyle?
Yes, really! And, it will not be a kinzstyle item.
#4: Do the E-store points expire?
No.
#5: Suppose a family has more than 6 accounts and they buy the Family Annual Membership, plus 50,000 estore points. Can they then use the 45,000 estore points to buy the 6th account an Individual Annual membership?
No. Memberships can ONLY be purchased with credit cards.
Oh. Okay. So can I have more than one membership linked to my estore account? (i.e., two annual individuals OR one annual individual and one annual family OR two 6-month memberships.)
Certainly! You can buy as many memberships as you like. In fact, the more you buy, the better my job security.
#6: RE: SUPER DELUXE ITEM FOR INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS.
- Will the Super Deluxe Item for individual annual membership change? If so, is there a expected time-frame?
There is no guarantee as to how long the item will remain the same. It could change in as little as a month or take years to change. The roller coaster will *probably* remain for a while because it's new.
DISCLAIMER: PLEASE SEE NOTE IN SECTION TITLED "COMPARISON OF THE TWO ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS"
- Is that AWESOME roller coaster ever going to be on sale at the E-store? Lots of people who bought the family annual are drooling over it.
Nope, never. It's completely exclusive to the Individual Deluxe Annual Membership.
- Come on, I REALLY want that item but I have lots of accounts in my family. Can't I buy it, please, pretty please, with sugar on top?
Sorry, not possible. Feel free to buy an extra Individual Annual Membership, though. You can buy as many as memberships as you'd like!
Is it me or are you really pushing that multiple membership thing?
It's got to be you, I'd never do that!
#6: Times are tough! Has ganz forgotten that?? I do understand why they got rid of the $5 minimum purchase statement bc it IS illegal in some US states. However, will they be adding 5,000 estore points for $5? If not, why not?! Some of us just cannot afford to layout $10 at a time or buy in increments of $10. If we want to buy a pet, it's 12,500, right? No, it's not. It's now 20,000. That's messed up!
That's how it is right now and it is not expected to change soon. However, if enough people complain , smaller increments *COULD* happen.
#7: There's many adults with credit cards. Why can't they use them to buy the estore items? Surely, WW realizes that WW is not just a kid site .
Of course we realize that! But, it has been decided to make all E-store purchases only available through e-points with no anticipation of changing that.
#8: I'm a little confused on transferring E-store points to other people. Can you combine accounts if someone makes you a gift account? Can you gift any amount of points to anyone? Is there any minimum transfer (or max)?
Main E-store account can move e-points as he or she sees fit. That does include the points that arrive via code.
Well, that's good bc if my son is grounded, I don't want his grandma being able to undermine my authority by sending him epoints! This way, I can move them out of his account.
#8: Suppose a mom wants to buy the membership for her child, who is away at college. The college kid gives mom their WW PW so they can get the membership and then changes the PW once the membership is awarded. Will the mom now have access to the account by calling up and requesting a PW change or similar? (Same as if anyone ever gets your secret code, they will have full access to the account.)
Having an account linked in the E-store will NOT affect the access to someone's WW account. The two are completely separate. In addition, WW will never help you change your PW without a secret code. That's a relief!
#11: Does the family membership work for BOTH types of accounts? For example, suppose that we have 3 WW accounts, and one WebkinzJr. account. Can the Deluxe extend to each of those accounts? And also, to have the WJr account on the Deluxe Family Membership, would I need to wait until the account is activated?
Webkinz Jr. is separate from WW. The WW Deluxe membership is for WW members only. Webkinz Jr. *might* have its own deluxe membership down the road but, if they do, it would not be linked to WW.
#12: Suppose that right now, a member has 2 WW accounts and they sign up for an annual family membership. Then they start a 3rd WW account. Can that account be added to the family membership or must it be done at sign up?
No, sorry. All accounts must be linked at sign-up. It is not possible to add an account later nor is it possible to switch registered accounts. You'd have to buy a new membership for the new account.
Oh look! There it is again, "buy another membership".
I plead the 5th.
But you aren't American.
#13: What if I want to gift a membership to someone? I don't want their PW and will not give them my credit card. Is this possible? If not, why not? Will it be implemented? If it could be purchased with epoints, then it could happen!
No, you cannot. The only way is to set it up yourself but you'd need their PW. There are no plans for this to change. We did it this way so someone wouldn't accidentally type in the wrong user name. Suppose you wanted to gift a membership to RedBear but you have a mistake and type it RedBare. There happens to be a member with the name RedBare and they get the benefits. Since linked accounts cannot be changed, you just bought a membership for a complete stranger! We prevented that by requiring passwords.
#14: Okay my deluxe membership has expired. I'm going to renew. Will I get another membership hat?
No, sorry. You will get a membership hat for your first membership purchase ONLY. Even if your deluxe membership expires and you buy another, you will not get another hat.
#15: Let's pretend it's April of 2010. My individual annual membership has expired. I decide to renew. Will I get another Super Deluxe Item or was that just for my first time joining?
Yes, you will get another Super Deluxe Item because it is awarded with purchase. Are you sure?
Yep, pretty sure.
#16: Oh no! My six-month or annual membership has expired. I'm going to buy another one. Will I get the sign up bonus of 2000 (or 3000) estore points or was that just for my first time joining?
Good news! It will happen again because you made a new purchase!
#17: Okay, I admit it. I'm wearing the dunce cap. I added the WRONG account to the family plan. (It's not *my* fault that I have so many accounts, it's WW.) Can you change it for me? If so, is there a time frame for when this is allowed?
Sorry. As Ms. Birdy says, "Be sure it's your favorite because it can't be changed later!"
Gee, thanks.
#18: So, um, how many memberships can I buy with my one E-store account and can I put multiple memberships on my one WW account?Wasn't it YOU who told me that I sure was pushing the "multiple membership thing" a lot. Guess I'm going to have to work on my subliminal powers a little better.
You can buy as many memberships as you'd like with your one Ganz Estore account. In fact, I recommend that you buy dozens because that will be the same fun multiplied by dozens!! Don't have dozens of WW accounts? No problem! You can put them all on one account if you like, though I think it would be more fun to buy more webkinz and split the memberships on your new accounts.
You should bear in mind, though, that the memberships run concurrently so if you buy them all on the same day, they'll all expire on the same day. I'd recommend buying two per day for the next thirty days. That way, the expiration dates will be spread out by thirty days.
Wow. Huh. I'm not sure what to say. It *APPEARS* as if you just told me to spends thousands of dollars at the Ganz Estore and then want me to spend more money on Webkinz.
Do you have that in writing? No? Okay, then, I don't know what you are talking about.
#19: I've decided to buy 30 annual memberships for my one WW account. Does that mean I'll get 30 monthly boxes?
Of course you will! But, why stop there? Round it up and make it a cool 50 memberships. Hey, do you have a 2nd WW account? Then you can hit triple digits and buy 100! This is awesome! I smell a promotion!
I was just messing with you. I'm not buying that many memberships for one WW account. Did you think that money grows on trees?
Well, aren't you the funny one?
===========================================================================WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AND/OR GIFT CARD WITH A CREDIT CARD LOGO
===========================================================================
♦ Debit Cards, Debit Check Cards and/or Gift Cards that have a CREDIT CARD LOGO (Visa, Mastercard or AmEx) is to USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm going to state the facts and let you decide if the risk is worth it.
This is what the estore (E-store FAQ) says about them:
Can Ganz eStore items be purchased with gift cards?
- No, the Ganz eStore does not support purchases made with gift cards of any kind, including those issued by credit card companies.
Can credit card gift cards or debit credit cards be used for purchases at the Ganz eStore?
- Currently, the Ganz eStore does not support purchases made with gift cards of any kind or debit credit cards, including those issued by credit card companies.
Here's what an estore representative (not a manager) says about them:
Their system is not set up to take those cards but its not set up to not take them, either. She said that it is "hit or miss" as to whether or not they will work. In addition, she said that the customer's bank will hold the funds (due to authorization when the customer attempts to purchase) but ganz will not take the funds bc they are not set up to process those cards. If it didn't work, the customer will know right away because the customer will not get the codes but their funds will be held by the customer's bank until the authorization clears off, which happens automatically when Ganz doesn't process it. She then said that the processing of the cards is a glitch in their system. When a customer calls regarding a purchase that they made with one of these cards but they did not get the codes, they often complain about the hold on their account. Ganz cannot reverse the hold because they do not have any record of the attempt to purchase. As far as Ganz is concerned, the transaction never took place and there is absolutely nothing on record that it did. Furthermore, she said that she will get calls from customers who have used them for weeks and then suddenly they do not work. She has customers who complain that they can never use them, yet others use them regularly. She said that it is a big risk because of the holds that are put on the account, even when the transaction did not complete. Also, even though it worked on one day, it may not work on another day. Finally, she stated that she personally would never attempt to use one of those cards because the risk of the funds being held is too great for her.
In a former life, FIA processed credit cards. (Yes, indeed, she did have a life before WI, ) Here's what FIA has to say about it:
When some credit card companies first started issuing Gift Cards that looked like Credit Cards, they didn't put expiration dates on them. The idea was that you could keep recharging the card and use it forever. I don't think anyone still issues this type of card, but maybe they do. When the card is swiped, the system figures out that it hasn't expired. However, if you find yourself in a purchase situation where you need to manually enter the info (like on the internet), you're out of luck.
As far as a credit card gift card working one day and not the next, I don't think that's due to it being a gift card. It's more likely that ... there was a hiccup in the system that didn't get an approval. If a store accepts Visa cards, they should accept all Visa Cards. It doesn't matter if it's a regular credit card, a gift card, a checking account card, or whatever. I believe what is in the eStore FAQ is technically correct, but terribly misleading. They don't accept Debit Cards that require PIN numbers, and they don't accept Gift Cards that don't have expiration dates.
If your card was issued by a different company (like Discover), doesn't have an expiration date (like some Gift Cards), needs a PIN number (like ATM cards), or if you're broke (like me), it can't be used at the eStore.
What they failed to account for in their statement is the fact that many, many Debit Cards these days can be used as either a Debit Card (with a PIN number) or as a Credit Card (with a signature) and that the majority of Gift Cards have expiration dates and are programmed to work like regular Credit Cards.
My guess is that the problem the eStore is having isn't related to what type of card the customers are trying to use. I'd bet that their system was simply getting overwhelmed by the high volume of purchases that would hit at about 12:05 EST on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, just after the new items were added.
Now that the system runs on eStore points, instead of credit card purchases, I bet they're doing a lot better with their credit card processing. Fewer credit card transactions, spread out over the day, means fewer errors.
Here's my (RED ) thoughts:
If you have one lying around, you don't have much to lose by trying it. It may work! The only drawback would be if it does not work and there's an authorization on your account, that hold can last as little as a day to as much as one full billing cycle. How long depends upon your card holder's policy. Since this is not "credit" and it's real money, if you need the money for something else, its best to NOT make a new attempt until the hold comes off. If you don't have one lying around and decide to buy one at your bank, you should ensure that it has an expiration date AND not get angry if it does not work. If it won't work, you should be able to use it easily at the grocery store or wherever you buy your webkinz items locally.
I think the real reason why Ganz states that they do not take the cards is because they are aware of the problems with holding funds on those types of cards and don't know how to fix it. It's their way of limiting their culpability by saying, "our site clearly reads that we do not accept those cards!"
And there you have it ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls, animals, webkinz and others as to why I said, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and IT'S UP TO YOU TO DECIDE IF THE RISK IS WORTH IT! Now that you've got the facts, go make your decision!
===========================================================================THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY
===========================================================================
♦ E-store points will never expire.
♦ No minimum purchase required at the estore with your estore points.
♦ Minimum amount of estore points that you can purchase is $10 or 10,000; therefore, they up'd their minimum credit card purchase to $10 and eliminated any law violations by not stating "required to spend $5 with credit card purchase".
♦ You MUST buy the Deluxe Membership with a credit card. There is no way around it. You cannot "gift" the deluxe membership, nor can you buy it with epoints.
♦ The only thing that you can buy direct without estore points is the Deluxe Membership. Therefore, I converted the membership into E-store points during this post so it makes sense in mathematical terms.
♦ The bonus sign-up E-store points are for your estore account only. For instance, it does not matter how many WW accounts you included in the annual membership, you will get only 3,000 estore points per deluxe membership that you purchased (per month). CONVERSELY-- each WW account that is linked to the deluxe family membership will get the monthly box.
♦ Exoteric was able to confirm that you can purchase multiple types of accounts with your one estore account. For example, Pretend that your family has 6 WW accounts and you want your entire family to have access for one year. Then, you'd purchase one Individual Annual Membership plus one Family Annual Membership on the same estore account. Since you bought two memberships, that estore account will then get 6,000 estore points monthly.
♦ The Deluxe Membership is not so much a membership as much as it is a guarantee/promise to Ganz that you will be spending money at their E-store.
- The disadvantage is that it would take time (months even) before you will accumulate enough E-store points to buy anything. They are splitting up your investment to $3/mo so if you can wait, it'll pay off. It's not so bad when you do the math. It's just a matter of whether or not you have the funds and/or like buying E-store items and/or can control your impulses. If any of those are not true, you should probably give it some consideration before you leap in head first. (Oh wait, if you cannot control your impulses, it might be too late! I'm sorry. Seek help from Dr. Quack, I understand that he has this magical medicine that cures everything.)
- If you never buy from the estore, you may not enjoy this. Then, it would be a question of "are the little things important to me?", like monthly gifts or daily activities. If you are on the fence, I would have recommended trying a one-month trial to test it out because you would not have spent a ton of money, if you didn't like it. Now, I'm on the fence as to whether or not a 3-month would count as a lot of money ($15). With the fee, you are 1/3 of the way to a full year membership and get less in estore points. I suppose whether or not it is worth it will depend upon your own financial situation. It's not terrible, it will cost you $5 that you'll never get back but you will also be spending $10 at the estore. Tough call!
- Needs updating.
If you want to buy a few items from the estore and the total costs $30 or less, consider a three month membership. It will cost you $5 to do this but might be better if your item is greater than $20 but less than $30. Why? You can only buy e-points in increments of $10. Let's say that you plan on buying that new estore pet for $12.50 and another item for $6. In order to get buy them, you will have to buy 30,000 points, which is $30 and $8.50 more than you planned. If, instead, you plan ahead, buy $10 worth of epoints and a $15 membership, you'll instantly have 14,000 e-points to spend. Then, you'll get another 6,000 in two more months which will bring you to 20,000 points. Plus, you'll get some perks for three months. The tricky part is timing it and/or waiting so you will have enough to buy your next item.
- If you are the occassional shopper and don't mind waiting, a six month membership might be perfect for you. This membership would work well for the person who buys one or two pets per year OR one pet plus a few items. When you sign up, you will immediately have 5,000 E-store points. In two months, you will have 8,000. In three months, you will have 11,000. In four months, you will finally have enough for your E-store pet with $15,000. For the sake of this discussion, let's assume today's date is in April. If you are planning on getting a holiday pet in October, you'll have enough E-points accumulated by that time and will have enjoyed six months of perks. However, you will have to plan carefully and not overspend on the other items so you still have the points by October. Otherwise, you may spend more than you planned.
- If you like buying from the E-store and know that you'll spend $50 or more at the E-store in the next year, then an annual membership might be for you! When you sign up, you will immediately have 8,000 E-store points to spend. If you are not patient and know that you won't be able to wait for more points to accumulate, you might end up spending more than you planned.
===========================================================================MATH!! (aren't you glad that i'm here to do the math for you??)
===========================================================================
a one month membership will cost $5 or 5,000 estore points. you get 3,000 estore points during the one month membership. there is no bonus sign up. your total estore points will be 3,000.
so the actual cost to be Deluxe for one month is $2 and you are promising to spend $3 at the estore.
a three month membership will cost $15 or 15,000 estore points. you will get 3,000 estore points per month which is 9,000 estore points during the membership. but wait, there's more! you will get a ONE-TIME bonus sign up of 1,000 estore points. your total estore points will be 10,000.
so the actual cost to be Deluxe for three months is $5 and you are promising to spend $15 at the estore.
a six month membership will cost $25 or 25,000 estore points. you will get 3,000 estore points per month which is 18,000 estore points during the membership. but wait, there's more! you will get a ONE-TIME bonus sign up of 2,000 estore points. your total estore points will be 20,000.
so the actual cost to be Deluxe for six months is $5 and you are promising to spend $20 at the estore.
a twelve month INDIVIDUAL membership will cost $45 or 45,000 estore points. you will get 3,000 estore points per month which is 36,000 estore points during the membership. but wait, there's more! you will get a ONE-TIME bonus sign up of 5,000 estore points. Your total estore points will be 41,000.
so the actual cost to be Deluxe for an INDIVIDUAL twelve month membership is $4 and you are promising to spend $41 at the estore.
a twelve month FAMILY membership will cost $45 or 45,000 estore points. you will get 3,000 estore points per month which is 36,000 estore points during the membership. but wait, there's more! you will get a ONE-TIME bonus sign up of 5,000 estore points. Your total estore points will be 41,000.
so the actual cost to be Deluxe for a FAMILY twelve month membership is $4 and you are promising to spend $41 at the estore.
Are you saying to yourself, "HEY! I thought the family annual plan got 2,000 more e-points as a bonus sign-up than the individual annual plan?!" Well, it doesn't! Both annual memberships are awarded the same E-store points at sign up and throughout the year. Wondering what happened? Oh, just another error that was probably caused by lack of proof-reading. Are you surprised to learn that WW actually had a mistake on their site and then WW changed it? Really, you are?! Wow, you must be new. Welcome to WW (and WI)! You're gonna love it, once you get used to the mistakes and glitches (not on WI, though, as WI is mostly glitch-free). Thanks to Disneylad for alerting me to the change.
===========================================================================COMPARISON OF THE TWO ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS
===========================================================================
Are you wondering WHY do the individual and family annual memberships cost the same, yet you get more with the family? You don't! You get different things.
Family Annual Deluxe
up to 5x more monthly boxes (for twelve months)
Individual Annual Deluxe
Super Deluxe Item that will change periodically *.
They are saying that the roller coaster is worth:
- 12 wish tokens;
- 12 pieces of special clothing; and
- 12 mystery items--probably recipe food
ALL that multiplied by 1, 2, 3 or 4 (depending upon the # of WW accts you have)
Have you decided that you're buying the annual membership? You just have to ask yourself which is more important to you...
- An Interactive Roller Coaster --OR--
- 12 additional monthly prizes for each of your associated WW accounts.
Super Deluxe Item awarded in April 2009 is a roller coaster that your pet can ride!
___________________________________________________
*According to an E-Store Manager, there is no guarantee as to when it will change, it could be as little as one month to as much as years.
*FIA told me where I could find this text:
- When you sign up for an Individual Annual Membership, you get an exclusive Super Deluxe item as a prize. The prize for 2009 is the Super Deluxe Rollercoaster – your pet will actually ride it! Watch the video below to see it in action.
It's on the Kinzville Newz Site! So now we must ask. Whose correct? The E-Store manager or the Kinzville Newz? Let's sseee..... the kinzvillenewz site is often riddled with errors yet the Ganz reps have been known to be wrong, except I got a mgr and they are usually correct. The manager did tell me that if I could find the text, to let her know. (I couldn't since I wasn't the one to find it.) She also said that they have made a few minor changes since yesterday and that may be one of them. (Hmmm. Did she mean that they fixed their errors??)
To answer the question of the Super Deluxe Item's longevity, you should bear in mind that the idea of the membership is for people to BUY E-store items. They are not going to want to keep the same Super Deluxe Item indefinitely bc then less people will renew and/or buy multiple memberships before their subscription expires. In addition, they won't want to upset new members by changing it too quickly.
So, I leave it up to you to decide: Will the Roller Coaster last all of 2009 and change in 2010 or change at some point during 2009 or stay the same for years?
PHP Code:
[-]PeaceOut has thought of a way to work the system! It does make the price of the pet go up by $2.50 but that's better than $7.50. A one month membership costs $5. You'll get 3,000 E-store points. Then, you buy 10,000 E-store points and you've got 13,000 E-store points. There's 500 points left over for the next time and your pet cost $15.
[-]============================================================== WANT A E-Store PET BUT WORRIED ABOUT MINIMUM 10,000 E-points PURCHASE? ==============================================================
I'm going to have to rethink this. Will get back to you ASAP!
[/-][-] [quote=PeaceOut;13809901]OK, since I REALLY want that griffin, Here is how I'll be paying for it~
I'll buy the $10 point card (10,000 points)
And, I'll but the one month membership for webkinz deluxe (I was already planing to buy the one month thing, to try it out), Ill be getting 3,000 points, so that will be just enough for the griffin.[/quote][/-][/-]

I have already determined that if you have the five accounts the family membership is actually a pretty good deal. I still can't buy it unless my darling husband actually suggests it, though. __________________ Oddmeister

Can't wait to hear the answers once you get a call back!
A possible question for the rep that I read on another thread - will the Deluxe Gift change anytime in the near future? I saw that someone was shying away from the Individual because they didn't like the Coaster (why I don't know me, I love it!) and that if there were options or it changed they would be more likely to consider purchasing a year long membership. | | | 04-02-2009, 01:55 PM | #5 | --pls. ask-- Gift Guru Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 9,357 | Re: Deluxe Membership Breakdown thanks! and good question! i'll add that to the list. there's another one that i had but i forgot it. I'm leaning towards individual for the rollercoaster because it looks amazing and most the time I end up doing my kids dailies anyway.
We're not always around to do the dailies, (Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Dance, Hockey, Softball, Religion ect.) so I would have preferred if the newer dailies for deluxe membership would have given us the option to do the dailies at any given time during the day/evening we chose and not on a schedule like the ones already offered. I know my girls will want it just so they can change the colors on the dash more than anything else. | | | 04-02-2009, 02:23 PM | #7 | I is never full Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 9,811 | Re: Deluxe Membership Breakdown Now....
Let's say you purchase the Annual Membership (for yourself or family, doesn't matter). Over the year, you accumulate 41,000 Ganz Points. An eStore pet = 12,500 Ganz pets, so that's 3.28 pets. Let's say that you haven't activated any new Webkinz or spent any of the points. On your last day of Deluxe Membership, you buy 3 eStore pets and activate one of them. Then you have 2 more. So, you get all the Deluxe benefits for 1 year for 5 accounts, extending their expiration, then an additional 3 years of WW access (from the eStore pets) for $45. Put it all together, it's technically 9 years of WW for $45...
Hmmmm, I wonder if Ganz has thought this far into it..... | | | 04-02-2009, 02:26 PM | #8 | --pls. ask-- Gift Guru Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 9,357 | Re: Deluxe Membership Breakdown Originally Posted by yournotme I love this guide, I've been going back and reading it all morning, trying to decide which package to by or if I'd like more than one. I wouldn't buy the membership for that!

So my question in case I missed it is, with the family membership, is it 3000 points per month per account or still just one account....
I dont care about the dailies or gold phone and stuff either. And I'm kinda scared of getting the Wshop fabulous gift!! __________________ ^ My House ^ | | | 04-02-2009, 02:41 PM | #10 | --pls. ask-- Gift Guru Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 9,357 | Re: Deluxe Membership Breakdown Originally Posted by Jennielou OUCH Justin!!

And I'm kinda scared of getting the Wshop fabulous gift!! its 3000 points for your estore account. it doesn't matter whether you have one, two, three, four or five WW accounts. you'll be getting the points for your estore account. so it's 3,000 points MAX. okay i talked in circles, hope that makes sense.
i hope the wshop gift is a mistake... | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
