worst experience ever with estore customer service. rep refused to transfter me to mgr after i asked and insisted the webkinz world website is down for FIVE hours every night for service-just when i need to use it because my 3 yr old is in bed---loves his webkinz but can't read yet, s i have to earn the pts for him. when i was locked out of ww, they said there is no way to unlock it, because one has to wait 24 hrs. Cust serv or a mgr should be able to help me with this. [edited - please keep your language appropriate for everyone ~MissGnomie]
