Well, I am a guy, and a lot of stuff in webkinz world is girl stuff. (IMHO) A female driver would be fine, but I don't think that it is unfair. I don't see a Boy's room in the clubhouse.

Oh, and I just noticed that Toby is wearing girls clothes.

That's true. Also, Toby can be interpreted as a girls name.
