New Racing Ralley Game help!

I love the new racing game on Webkinz, but I have a problem

I have level 5 in ALL my classes, and can not choose the car I want for the game.
I tried doing the style class to refresh it, but it didn't work.
Is this happen to anyone else?
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Hmm! That is so weird!! I don't know what to tell you. I hope it gets fixed soon! Or, you could email Ganz.

I'm not sure. I have level 5 in style too and I can choose up to the third car. But I personnaly don't think the car you use effects your score. I used the first car and got my hight score so maybe It's just a glitch. It might go away tonight or if you turn off your computer it might be gone then or maybe clean out your cache...I'm not entirly sure but clearing cache seems to help with a lot of problems

that seems like a glitch. i would contact ganz as soon as possible, or maybe clear your cache and restart your computer, the typical steps for these glitches. i have not heard of this happening before...

i hope it gets fixed soon!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I am trying to make calling GANZ the last thing on my list.
I think I might just try to win the game with the normal car

This game is full of glitches. One of my pets with Style 10 Agility 9 Speed 7 Strength 10 can't jump. Another pet with Style 7 Agility 5 Speed 10 Strength 8 just sits at the starting line but the car will jump in place. Weird Huh?

Have been using the right pet? It only works if you use the pet that you did the traning classes with.

I have found out awhile ago you have to use the pet you went to the academy with *duh*
