Did you have the new WOW? If not try clearing your cookies. I didn't have a new WOW on my account and my profile tab wasn't there. I cleared my cookies and logged back in. WOW had updated and the profile tab appeared.

When your at the newspaper, click on the little button where your pet is. It shows a Dog and a + sign beside the dog. Then click on My Profile.

If you click on Me and My Pets it will be the fourth tab at the top. Go to Things To Do and under the Pet section you will see it. You can also click on the blue pet that has a yellow plus on it next to the picture of the pet you are playing with (at the bottem left side of your WW screen). The first tab is My Pets, second is Daily KinzCare, third is My Options, and now the new fourth tab is My Profile.
