The New Profile in Clubhouse?

So I think the new my profile in the clubhouse is pretty cool. And would be even more if it actually worked. Why are new things introduced into WW if they are not working correctly. I click on a persons name and guess what? Nothing. The only time it works is if I click on the last person to enter the room. Any person above the last to enter does not open the my profile widgit. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?


I think this is a great new feature, because my kids feel bad for people when they say that they are new and would just like something, now they can look to see how long they have been a member to see if they are being truthful.

I'm with you. I'm not sure if it works for me because I don't use the club house but it sounds like something that would happen. Hope fully it will be fixed soon!

I understand what you mean! It's pretty annoying, because almost everything they introduce doesn't work at first. But I'm sure it will soon. Just bear with it I guess!

Patience is a virtue, it is often said... and nowhere do we get better lessons than on WW! lol

.. but when all is said and done, Ganz does a pretty good job of giving us new things to do while keeping the older stuff running! The WW site is a very complex one and kudos to them for keeping up with the maintenance, while at the same time adding new stuff to keep us Webbie lovers interested!!!! I notice that here on WI, there are many suggestions and new ideas, so if we continue to want more, than patience is a necessity! LOL

Sure... new stuff doesnt always work right away... and sometimes not for a while... but they do continue to work on it until it's operational! So here's to Ganz and their amazing Website!

Hi all,
I have a question re: the "new" way to see profiles of persons on your phone or in the clubhouse.

When you click on the face next to the name their profiles pop up. I thought this was cute and proceeded to click on the profiles of My Friends on my phone.

My question is about the member since dates that show. I had a couple on my phone that said member since dec 2007 and they only have 1 pet. How is that possible? Wouldn't that account have expired in dec 2008? I'm guessing that GANZ hasn't worked this out yet.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue but thought that the profile would not come up if the other person has their page set to private or for friends only. I'm interested to see the outcome of this.

Jazzykinz - When setting up your profile you can opt to only show 1 pet. I think it is a security feature for those who don't want everyone to know how many pets they have. It took me a while to figure it out myself because it just didn't make sense. Hope this helps

I take back my prior comment. My theory was incorrect, as you stated below only the first and last person in the list of profile names are able to be viewed. I also found that if the profile you select is private it will come up but you won't be able to view anything but the pet. Sorry if I confused anyone, hopefully I just confused myself

I have not used it yet in the clubhouse because I think it is dumb all it shows are like the regelar my page.
