My Mypage and more about me never works.I can't get on them. Has this happened to any of y'all?

Nope sorry,
Does your computer have any viruses, or problems. Cause thats what happend to me, my computer had problems and I couldn't get on webkinz world at all.

i have never had this before. Check and see if all of your cookies are going inside it properly. that may help.

That hasn't happened to me. But some of my widgets won't work at all, and my computer freezes up when I try to change them. Sorry yours isn't working.

You may need to update to a newer version of Flash Player. If you don't have the newest version it can cause you to have a white screen or the screen will not even load at al. You can get the updated Flash player for free at adobe.com. Hope this works and good luck

Nope, I've never had any issues with MyPage. Maybe try clearing your cache, or logging out of WW, and logging back in. Try updating a new version of FlashPlayer and see if that helps. I'm sorry you're having issues with MyPage. In a few days, if you are still having problems with MyPage, try contacting Ganz at (1-800-WEB-KINZ).

Hi! Sorry you are having issues with MyPage, I really like it when it works like it is supposed to. Last week a GANZ rep advised me that part of the issues we were having were due to Anti-Virus software, etc. Ironically - they were correct! We changed from AVG to Norton, adjusted safe zones for popup blocking and so forth. And it has been working ever since.

I also learned webkinzjr has issues depending on which antivirus one is using too. This is now working as was supposed to.

Hope you are able to get things resolved soon too.

Chrissy2001 - Let me know what you think -

I am not so sure it is flashplayer all the time but also some of the newer internet security features of all of the antivirus software programs. There are all of these new features which can interfer with how programs and sites operate.
