My Page - More About Me

I have been having a problem with the More about me page only showing the background for quite some time. I have sent many emails to Webkinz support about this but it is an ongoing problem. I am new to Insider and not sure where this would actually go, so any information on wht to do or how to get it fixed would be greatly appreciated. It is on my campangel account.

I suggest calling their actually help number for the telephone (they never really read their emails that much, normally just for stuck items). That way you can actually get as real person talking to you about the problem
