My Page Home Screne is White!

Help, my home page on My Page is white.

Does anyone else have this problem or know what to do about it.

I tried logging out and back in and clearing my cache.

It has been this way for a week.

Yes, in fact i've had this problem a lot! I have a toshiba laptop, but could you please tell me what kind of computer or laptop you have. I might be able to help you.

I have a Dell home computer. It is not a lap top I also use Window XP, if that matters.

I haven't had a My Page for 2 weeks now. Like you said there is nothing but all white boxes, except for my BFF list. That is still there. I have a dell desktop, it's not the computers, it's GANZ. Oh, goodness not another "glitch". Wow what a shocker, can you imagine that??? .

I know that GANZ is a business and the object of a business is to make money, but the other side is to provide good customer service so you can keep your customers which will earn your business more profits.

I think that something is missing in this whole picture. GANZ continues to "push" more product to the general public. The general public buys. The product doesn't work and GANZ doesn't fix it, but does spend money to develop more product, which in the long run, doesn't work.

I think I will just come right out and say it. GANZ is laughing all the way to the bank. They are scamming us every day. It's just like in the trading room. They put up something, we take the bait. (Buy new items, but we can't play because the website doesn't work) But we are still buying, they are getting richer, and we are getting more frustrated. The madness has to stop. Think about it. Are you part of the solution, if not then you are part of the problem.

Well said! I guess I will have to call Ganz. It is very frustrating!

Hi all,
I have an update for the My Page glitch from GANZ. I spoke to a Customer Service Person named Sadia on 8-3-09 @ 11:32 a.m. (eastern time).

I told her that I couldn't see anyting on the My Page, except for white boxes on the top and my bff names on the bottom and a sentence "my bff's haven't done anything" in that box.

After a couple of seconds she came back and said that "it is an issue on our end" and that she was sending this to "tech service" to be addressed. She said that unfortunately she had no idea when it might be fixed. Tech service had to trouble shoot.

Okay, so now they know. Forgot to add that they are continuing to choose the Pet of the Day and the pet owners are being notified. It is the screen that they are having issues with.

They did leave the impression with you that they are still picking Pet of the Day and you are notified, even it you can't see it on the My Page home page because of the glitch?
