I don't know...I thought it was for your actual Birthday...maybe you will still get it...but a little late. If all else fails...
go to the customer service area on the main log in page...
then comments and suggestions and then...
our questions does does not appear above...
Fill out the information and send them a note that you DID NOT get your birthday badge.

You should get an email back saying they recieved your email...you should hear from them in a day or two with another email.

I didn't get my Eager Beaver games badges that I won...I sent them and email and they sent one back a day later and said they fixed it...and my badges were in my badge collection then.

My birthday was Thursday and I got my badge yesterday afternoon while I was in the arcade.
I had just completed one game and was changing to another when the badge screen just popped up. Maybe if you wait a day or so, it will appear like mine. If not, you should contact Ganz. Happy Belated birthday!

Mostly it is probably just a glitch. It will be fixed in no time, I promise. Webkinz as many glitches at certain times, and I supposed this is just one of those times. Also, it might be just your Server is slow. But it usually takes a couple of days for your Badges to come. I hope you recieve your badge soon, guys!
