Hi, Welcome to WI. I know you're going to love it here. Everybody is very nice and helpful. I think a good place to start is with the Rules and FAQ. They are at the top of the page, just below the banner and they are in green. There is also a section where you can introduce yourself. It is called "Hi, I'm Joe & I LOVE my Webkinz". Also, don't be afraid to ask questions. There is always somebody here willing to help.

You might get a better response to threads if you tell people what the problem is in the re line. Re your my page problem, check that all your drivers are updated and that you have the latest version of your browser. Also, as Diamond015 suggested, update flashplayer. It could also be that your video card is not sophisticated enough - I know from experience that older laptops are not able to play newer games.

Not sure that would be the problem if this person can do everything else in webkinz world but not edit my page? If you can indeed play the games and do everything else I doubt if this is the problem. Updating a flash player wouldn't do it in that case is my guess. Huh, don't know what exactly one would do to solve this other than try a different computer and see if the problem is not knowing exactly how to edit the page or if it's just the computer they are currently using at home.

Ack I wrote too much and it sent me to another page. Here I go again...

Ack this shows hopw computers stink
-try uninstalling and re-installing browsers and flash player
-try another browser
-check for computer updates
-see if ur pc meets webkinz requirements
-ask family members if all programs are need to free up more RAM
-clear your cache (you can google the topic)
-see if there is an anti-virus/parental control
-arrange your ideas and try it at a friends house!
-DONT WORRY, there are LOTS of more fun things to do! It might just be a glitch that will work itself out. You can always PM me too! Good luck!

Hi there and Welcome. I was having similar problems on my desk top which is only a little more than a year old. I took it in and had a new game card and tripled the memory (ram) and now it works like a charm. Good luck and if you need to, call Ganz they are usually very nice and willing to help with your problems.

First I would try going on another computer. Maybe somebody you know lives in the US or Canada can call for you? There should be an email you can reach them at, all!

hmm i could go to the library, but i'm not sure i can use games there.

does anyone know how to contact ganz support via email? i would like to get help from them but can't find out where to ask them

Try going to your local library, they have computers there that they let the public use. I think sometimes they have a time limit .. and some Librarys charge but some don't .
