HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

I posted a similar thread earlier this month but didn't get any responses really; and plus the thread is closed but anyways...

I could really use some help on MYPAGE. It's like so messed up. Could it be my laptop? Its not a new laptop but a little old I got it a few years ago. There is a lot of stuff on it so that might be why. This is my problem and diagnosis of the situation.

1. MyPAGE just doesn't work. It won't let me edit or design anything at all. I click EDIT: stays the same.

2. I've cleared my cache. I've restarted my computer. I've went somewhere else and back. I've logged out and back in. NOTHING CHANGED!

3. I can't call Ganz. I'm not from the US or Canda. So there's nothing I can do about it from calling Ganz.

So that's my situation. I really want to use MYPAGE since all my friends have one and want me to make my own.


Please help me! THANKS A TRILLION TO ANYONE WHO CAN FIX THIS FOR ME!

Answer #1: No, I haven't been able to edit any of the other pages. Only the background. That's all.

Answer #2: No, this is our only computer for now.

So basically, there's no hope for me

Do you have something like a library or somewhere the public can get on a computer in order to work online? Do you have a friend or someone else you know that would let you access webkinz world and try changing it from that computer instead of yours? Think hard or perhaps look it up from your computer, public access points for computer and internet usage. Maybe that way you can fix it from somewhere else. Or perhaps try cleaning your computer out and see if that helps at all. Get rid of extra stuff you really don't use enough to warrant bogging down your computer with. Good luck!

Are you positive you can't change your page? If you hit edit and click on the widgets, do you see and arrow? It is a little confusing but if you change it then at the top click the edit button again, that should save it.

Please have your account information and feature code handy for account verification. This number should probably be posted somewhere on the site for anybody to access!
