Hey everybody! So, I think MyPage is great. I can keep up with friends, check out their new pets, even see their fabulous rooms! But as the saying goes, never give up until your good is great, your great is the better, and your better is the best... basically saying they're is always something to improve in everything. Post your ideas here.

Guide:
Post personal ideas in Tahoma, original size, with no bold/italic/underline/crossover. (Like things you get to create part of.)
Post safety ideas in Tahoma, original size, bold no italic/underline/crossover. Like things that will help make your MyPage more secure for your friends to see and you to use.
Post improvement ideas on current MyPage gadgets and wizmos in italic no bold/underline/crossover. Like adding more preferences in a widget.
Post ideas that don't fit into any category above underlined with no bold/italic/crossover.
Anything posted in orange is an emergency* idea that will really save someone time and money.
Anything in purple will be an idea by me, so please don't write in purple.
***An emergency could be like a glitch which accesses more personal information than your MyPage should have. You could write in orange a way to secure your information until the glitch is over. Or it could be something that could cause you to pay money as a glitch. Anything that isn't similar like this and is pretty minor is not an emergency.

I can't wait to hear your ideas! Here are mine so far:

1. Coloring Pages
- You could color pictures and post them on your MyPage, but instead of using buckets to fill in things, use paint brushes. Inappropiate colorings and drawings posted will result in a consequence. You could also have a color table that you could create shaded colors and such.
Pro: You could really express your creativity and show off your talents!
Con: People might abuse this widget and draw inappropiate images or words. That may result in having to take away the widget for misuse. But you could have a report button to report people who do this and have their account be banned from the widget for a certain amount of time, or forever.

2. Friends and Strangers Settings
- Social networking sites have settings to make your account more safe. I only friend people I know in real life, but if you do otherwise than you might not want a stranger to see some of the things your closest friends do. It would be cool to have a Friends And Strangers Settings set-up thing. Friends could see your stories but it might be embarrassing for you to have Strangers see it. You might not want Strangers seeing your pets because a pet might have a name which could reveal a personal piece of information if you dissect it. Like a pet is named after a movie theatre and the stranger sees it, they might know where it is by using a search engine to see where it is if you have told them "This one is named after a movie theatre I went to once," in the club house or something. They could track you down... or they could steal a pet name if you don't like having your names stolen. It would be cool to have another sorting category that gently suggests "Strangers." Then on a widget you could choose: Let friends, family, and strangers see it. Or you could choose just friends and family.
Pro: You could be safer and happier.
Con: No Con.

3. On the rooms widget, instead of an item representing the room have a mini-picture of the room representing the room. It's kind of like the title page of a book: the cover must catch your attention.
Pro: You could be attracted to more rooms so your rooms could prosper.
Con: It might take a while longer for the rooms page to load.

I think they should make the chat like kinzchat plus where you can type in what you think but it highlights red if they don't allow it.
Also, they should let you write a story without having to change words that are already there. Then the words that WW doesn't approve can be highlighted red!

Thanks! The chat would be awesome, like a MyPage chat? Like you and your friends could go on and talk... but I think your parents would have to approve of that and maybe you should only let some friends talk with you and other friends who you are not as close to not be able to chat with you, so a random stranger doesn't barge into the conversation. And there should be like a "host" who decides which friends of friends can/can't enter or something and they "host" that MyPage chat and open and close that MyPage chat. Like let's say you and three of your friends chat every Friday beginning at seven.

The host schedules this chat so that at seven the host goes into the chat room and begins to accept and decline friends to enter the chat. Then after everyone is done with talking, the host can Permently Close the chat, so that it can not be reentered or Temporarily Close the chat, so after a while you and the selected buds can reenter.

And the story idea would be really cool, but because our words are so limited our writing may not be as descriptive as we like. Maybe Ganz should reprogram the limited words so that instead of chosing allowed words, they disallow words so we could write better. Because people could "dance" around the words and create inappropiate words.

Yeah, maybe a few kinks to work out with both of our ideas.
It really stinks that some users are so careless and inappropiate with what they say that the respectful users have to suffer, because MyPage could become so much more.

Yes, but I do think they should reprogram the Webkinz dictionary.
