I know a while ago someone unlocked this tagline but WI wasn't sure why. I have a hunch. I recently unlocked this tagline myself when I reached the highest level in my job. I think when you do this you unlock this tagline. I forget who unlocked it first but if they also reached the highest level in their job and then got this tagline I bet this is definetly why. What do you think?

Then this has to be the reason since I got it when getting it at reaching the highest level in Fence Painting. It doesn't matter what job just that you reached the highest level!
