Employee of the Month Tagline

I know a while ago someone unlocked this tagline but WI wasn't sure why. I have a hunch. I recently unlocked this tagline myself when I reached the highest level in my job. I think when you do this you unlock this tagline. I forget who unlocked it first but if they also reached the highest level in their job and then got this tagline I bet this is definetly why. What do you think?

I got it when I got my highest level on Hamburger Cook!!!

I recently got that tag line last week. I don't remember what job it was though.... I think it was the paper delivery job. I'm pretty sure it was. But I reached the highest level and I unlocked it

Then this has to be the reason since I got it when getting it at reaching the highest level in Fence Painting. It doesn't matter what job just that you reached the highest level!

It has to be, we figured it out!!!!!!!!!!!!
