Yay! Finally Webkinz Jr. Works! I may have a solution if you're having trouble adopting!

I purchased a Webkinz Jr. about a month ago during the ExtravaGANZa. When I tried adopting my pet, after putting in the security code and secret code, it said some of my information was incorrect. I called 1-866-WEB-KINZ and was directed to a Webkinz Customer Service Rep who directed me to a Junior rep quickly and kindly. As we went through the adoption process together, I told her my name. She suggested removing the apostrophe (') in my last name, and it worked. So if you're having trouble, and your name has an apostrophe in it, remove it and things should go fine
