Hello,

After registering our webkinz jr., we are not able to log on. The screen starts to load and then locks up. I was wondering if any of the users that have hughesnet and weren't able to log on have figured out what the problem was. I have tried different browsers and get the same results. Thanks for any help.

What is hughes.net?

Hughesnet is our internet service provider. I have called them and they said I won't be able to use the webkinz jr. site through them. I don't really understand why since our regular webkinz works just fine with them. I sent a form to webkinz jr. about my login problems and they're supposed to contact you within 48 hours, but I've heard nothing from them.

Any other hughesnet users able to login on yet to webkinz jr?

I'm having same problem. It's not the computer, because i can get on from a different wireless and IP provider.

I have Hughes.net and can't use Webkinz Jr. At the log in page I can click on any of the features, such as Tour, FAQ, Costumer Service, Parents Area and it loads. But when I click on Register all I get is Loading please wait.

I have tried different browsers, cleared my cache and it still won't load.

I have not called Hughes but I wonder why they said you won't be able to use Webkinz Jr. though them.
