I saw on the parents help section about sending your child a message for their mail box. I tried following the directions on how to go about doing this, but I don't seem to see the option under my child's name for send mail. Is this something that they have taken away for a while or is it in another section? Thanks for any help.

I was wondering about that too. I think they just haven't added it yet. The customer service reps I spoke to said they just wanted to get the site running first and then they'll work the bugs out. Seems to be taking them a long time to get things going smoothly though. There's supposed to be a deluxe option as well.
