Webkinz Jr. help!!

My dd came and told me that everytime she trys to play any game it says unavalible and logs her out!I am really sad that it stoped because she loves playing the games.I am very confused why it's all games but i went through them al and found out that new game,wel not new but it has something to do with digging is the only one that works!

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache (temporary internet files) on your web browser? It is usually found under the tools menu.
