Okay so after a couple of weeks of not having time to log into WJr. we finally had a chance to check out the new "snacks" feature. Something odd happened though. When we logged in our pets hunger level was on empty. We always make sure to fill our pets up when we play and before we log out so we thought that was odd. Then we went and visited several places and took advantage of the snacks. She was completely full when we left the playground but when we got home her hunger level was empty?? Anyone else having this problem? My dd is now saying the snacks are poisonous because her pet was full but then starving at home.

Grrr we had to log out and back in because it got stuck loading on our way to the store and now when we logged back in the 9 coins we had earned while playing were gone?? My dd is blaming that on the poisonous snacks too! hee hee

Ugh... I'll log on tonight and see if it's happening to us too. If you call Ganz (1-866-932-5469) and tell them you're having WJr. problems, they'll connect you to a WJr. rep. I've found that these reps are a lot more accommodating and knowledgeable than the Webkinz reps. If it's a universal problem, they'll usually let you know when they'll be working on it. They'll also give your daughter her money back. I'll let you know how we make out. Good luck!

Weird thing is when we logged back in and started playing it boosted our coins back up!!?? When she hit her 10 coins for the day it automatically took her right back to where she had been when we had logged off? Also this time around we aren't having the same empty tummy issues. Thanks for your help though!

Is it a gliitch that Ganz is doing? Too bad your pets are hungry... or maybe have bad food

Thanks Mariel but everything appears to be fine now! I'm wondering if this has happened to others on the first day they sampled the snacks or if it was just a glitch for today? I'm still laughing at my dd saying they were poisonous!
