Registration Problem?

Hi! I'm making an instructions page to insert into my niece's present (an orange cat webkinz jr!) for her birthday this weekend. I'm making it so that my sister (her mommy) can create an account without any problems. However, when I click on the "Register" button on the main page, it brings up the WJr "please wait" pop-up window, and it never changes. She won't be able to adopt her pet at this rate! What can I do?

I've tried different computers, and my internet connection is cable so I dunno if I can get it faster.

...as for waiting, it's been like this for a couple of weeks.

I opened a new webkinz jr. account yesterday for my daughter. as soon as we got everything set up it logged us out. I logged back in with success, but I feel like i missed something. I keep trying to find a manual or walkthrough video, but can't seem to find one. Anyone know if there is one? I was a little lost as to how to feed the pet and how to earn money. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No problem, I hope you can get in all worked out. I've heard that are more helpful in the Jr. dept.
