Registering problem

Whenever I click register, it says Loading, Please wait, but it stays like that forever. I have tried clearing my cache and all those other things but it is always like this. Does this happen to anyone else or is it a problem Ganz needs to fix?

this is probably one of things you tried but did you make sure your pop blockers were off. in case it was an add on that was need for registering. Or did you check internet speed and connection maybe thats it.

i did notice it was slow when i registered my new pet but nothing like what your saying. it maybe you need to call ganz

Ok thanks, my pop blockers were off, so I guess I'll have to call Ganz on monday!

Who's your IP? I have that same problem with Hughesnet. Has anyone solved this?

I am having problems,too. Someone said it might be my shield deluxe program- anyone know how to add sites or keep it from blocking others?
