My sister has been trying to adopt a webkinz jr. and it told her,
"Our servers are currently down or your seceret code is incorrect. Please try later or contact us, at the homepage of webkinz jr.

There is also some errors with our servers.

That is odd. I don't have a webkinz jr, but why would it do that? You should contact Ganz.

I did. They said that you need to swap. By going to the ganz estore.

that happened to me too. you have to put them IN ALL CAPITOL LETTERS. it should work then

It is case sensitive and you have to use the dashes. I've had this problem a few times already. Also, if you aren't already, try using an older browser like internet explorer. If none of this works, call them again and have them go through the process with you. The number is 1-866-932-5469. Good luck!
