login trouble...

I am having trouble logging in. After I type in the username and password, i get a paintbrush that is painting a border. I get one red dot on the bottom right..the brush moves over to the left and then gets stuck moving up and down.

I have waited a few minutes, thinking it must just take time to load, but it is not progressing.

I have tried clearing the cache, i have the newest adobe flash player... It does this on all browsers on my computer...ie, firefox. On Chrome I can't get the Webkinz Jr. page to even load.

After spending 25 on this pet...for my almost 3yr old...i am a little frustrated!!!

Any help would be soooo appreciated!

Sometimes we have to attempt to log in then log right back out and back in. I don't know if that will help you at all. We have IE and don't seem to have too much trouble. I would say call Ganz if you are still having issues.
