Kitchen sink lockup; Back yard issues

Hey all,

I just got off the phone with Ganz support for our Webkinz Jr. account. We had two isses, and the rep was able to fix one of them.

When we went to the kitchen and tried to get our pet a glass of water (which will fill up a hungry pet for free), the whole application would lock up and we'd have to hit F5 to recover. It turns out my little girls had bought the purple and pink sink at the W Shop to replace the original one. This sink is glitchy and prone to lock up. The Ganz rep removed the sink from our account and reimbursed the coins. Since the kitchen looks better when it matches, I don't really mind.

In the back yard, they are having problems with swimming pools and swing sets that simply don't show up on the account. They know about the problem and do not yet have a solution. Do not buy multiple pools or swing sets to try to get one to show up.

Thanks for all the updates. Sorry to here about the glitches. I had no idea that the purple and pink sink locked up. Good to know. I’m happy to hear how helpful they were with removing the sink and reimbursing your coins.

I had known about the backyard items. Our backyard hasn’t worked for over a month now either. All the backyard items disappeared except the trampoline and sprinkler. Even the tree completely disappeared and the decorate button doesn’t work at all in the backyard. I wonder what happened? We had all the items including the pool and swingset and it worked fine for the longest time. I hope they can figure something out, my DS really liked playing in the backyard. Luckily, he’s young enough that it doesn’t seem to bother him.
