Question ITEMS MISSING!
ok, so what happened to our pool? and our sink(which was all jacked up and floating above our tub anyway)? we have NO sinks now. and none of these things are in the dock. we havent been on in a couple of weeks. did we miss something???

Well it might be a glitch - log in and out - or someone might of stole it. You also might have moved it and forgot. Try changing your password so no one can get on it.

ebaday is right. I've been on my account and take my pet to the garden only to come back and find an empty room and babies sleeping in midair where the beds were. Actually it is comical once you figure out that everything will come back if you log out and back on. I also had a tractor get lost between rooms in that void. I called Ganz and they promptly corrected the problem. Good luck.

Oh wow. It sounds like a glitch for sure. We hadn't been on in awhile either but were pleasantly surprised to see some of the things that had been troublesome had been fixed. I would contact Ganz and see what they say. Sorry that you are having troubles with Webkinz Jr! I hope they get all of this straightened out soon!

Yep! Our pool is gone and so is our tree and swing set. Not only that, but it appears as though poor little Grape Ape has been run over by his car bed.

I would assume that you are just experincing a glitch.
Ganz has been having alot of glitches latley.
I'm sure it will pass by. I hope you get your items back soon.
