your are not alone. my i love my pets button is gone too. maybe it is a cache thing cause i had to clear mine to get webkinz front page back after last maintenance. didn't know about wjr problem before that.

of course having a lot of problems in regular webkinz in rooms today too. haven't checked today to see if the buttons back in jrs. heres hoping

I called customer service earlier today. The rep said that her "I love my pets" button was also not showing up. She did not know if they may have intentionally removed it and she is supposed to call me back and let me know. She didn't call me back today, so hopefully tomorrow she will call me.

I also asked about the acorn trophy and the beach pail trophy that were won, but never showed up. She had no idea that trophies were awarded for the games. It's like she didn't believe me! LOL! I told her to go on the account and look at the top of the dresser because a treasure box trophy was won yesterday and it was sitting on top of the dresser!

The trees are also missing in the back yard!
